Why does frizzy hair have to exist? It drives me nuts! I don't know why I have to constantly battle with flyways and that poofy hair look. Whatever the reason, it has to be dealt with. There are several tools and frizzy hair products you can use to get rid of frizzy hair. I've tried a little bit of everything over the last 20 years. I think my favorite is the Frizz-Ease line. I use to only use the serum, but they have come out with some additional products that work quite well.

Frizzy Hair

My hair is curly, kinky, and frizzy. It is not a fun combination when trying to create a good hair day. I have also noticed that my hair is becoming more and more uncooperative as I am getting older. A friend of mine told me your hair texture changes about every 7 years. I'm not sure if that's true or not, but I'm not enjoying the current stage. So, I go to salons and beauty supplies in search of a cure. I've experimented enough to know there is no such thing as a permanent cure. The goal is, then, to fake smooth and healthy hair.

Of all the things I've tried, expensive and cheap, I like the Frizz-Ease line. They are the best products for frizzy hair.  I use the serum right out of the shower because your hair is suppose to be pretty damp. The first time I used it, my boyfriend complimented me on the smell of my hair. I thought it was going to feel heavy or oily, but nope. It doesn't wear my hair down at all. I like the way it feels when I apply it to my hair.

How to Tame Frizzy Hair

I blow dry my hair and use this stuff called Secret Weapon, also from the Frizz-Ease line. It's like a styling finishing product. It seems to do two things for me. First, it smooths the flyaways I have at the crown. Second, it gets rid of that fuzzy poof I have after blow drying. Secret Weapon is a white cream that smells spectacular!

You can get both of these products for under $20. That's not bad considering one expensive salon treatment or product can cost way more. Great, frizz-free hair at an awesome price. You'll be looking good :).
